Breathe – Inhale for 4 seconds through your nose, exhale for 8 seconds through your mouth. Repeat this 10 times. 

No/No – Turn your head side to side as if you are nodding “No.” Repeat this 10 times. 

Slouched Arch – While seated in your chair focus on tightening your stomach and pressing the small of your back against the chair. Next, push your stomach outward and round the small of your back off the chair. Repeat this process 10 times.
