Phone: Rightward – Using the app on your phone, position the moving bars so that they are going left to right. Start by looking at one bar on the left side of your phone and follow the bar with your eyes to the right side of your phone. Repeat this for 30 Seconds.
Phone: Upward – Using the app on your phone, position the moving bars so that they are going from bottom to top. Start by looking at one bar on the bottom of your phone and follow the bar with your eyes to the top of your phone. Repeat this for 30 Seconds.
Phone: Downward – Using the app on your phone, position the moving bars so that they are going from top to bottom. Start by looking at one bar on the top of your phone and follow the bar with your eyes to the bottom of your phone. Repeat this for 30 Seconds.
Phone: Up to the Left – Using the app on your phone, position the moving bars so that they are going at a diagonal from bottom right to top left. Start by looking at one bar on the bottom right side of your phone and follow the bar with your eyes to the top left side of your phone. Repeat this for 30 Seconds.
Phone: Up to the Right – Using the app on your phone, position the moving bars so that they are going at a diagonal from bottom left to top right.
