Left – The movement of this exercise will be done with your left hand. Place your right hand out in front of your face. Begin by touching your left pointer finger to your left ear. Carefully move your left pointer finger from your ear to the fingertip of your right pinkie. Be sure to go directly finger-tip to fingertip. Bring your left pointer finger from your right pinkie back to your left ear. Follow the same steps, except this time go to your right ring finger and back. Continue this pattern through to your right middle finger, pointer finger, and thumb. Complete this cycle 5x.
