Forward – Right – Make a fist with your right hand and imagine it is on the pedal of a bicycle. Pedal your right arm and hand in large, smooth circles in front of you in a forward direction. Do this for 30 Seconds. 

Forward – Both – Make a fist with both your hands and imagine they are on the pedals of a bicycle. Pedal your arms and hands in large, smooth circles in front of you in a forward direction. Do this for 30 Seconds. 

Backward – Left – Make a fist with your left hand and imagine it is on the pedal of a bicycle. Pedal your left arm and hand in large, smooth circles in front of you in a backward direction. Do this for 30 Seconds. 

Backward – Right – Make a fist with your right hand and imagine it is on the pedal of a bicycle. Pedal your right arm and hand in large, smooth circles in front of you in a backward direction. Do this for 30 Seconds. 

Backward – Both – Make a fist with both your hands and imagine they are on the pedals of a bicycle. Pedal your arms and hands in large, smooth circles in front of you in a backward direction. Do this for 30 Seconds.
